WHO IS PRESTINE HOLDINGS

We are Charlotte NC residents who have endured some of the hardships and pitfalls of being long-term landlords. 

These hardships (late rents, costly repairs, eviction processes, properties uncared for) eventually deterred us from traditional real estate investing. We then decided to launch Prestine Holdings with a clear mission in mind: To help real estate investors make their investment properties as profitable and passive as possible by leveraging the short term industry, while helping travelers to a local-like luxury experience.

After launching our first short term corporate housing unit in Raleigh-Durham NC we quickly learned the value we provided not only to the landlord but also our guests. Our guests range from traveling business people and out of state tourists, to front line responders and healthcare workers.
